You retain ownership of your social media content.
You must follow the terms and policies of each third-party platform.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use PlexiSocial for illegal or harmful activities

• Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or abusive

• Upload malicious code, viruses, or scripts

• Attempt to bypass account limits or system protections

• Misuse third-party social media APIs

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service’s operation

• Use the Service for spam, bulk automated posting, or behavior that violates platform rules

Violation of these responsibilities may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

7. User Content and Ownership

You retain full ownership of any content you upload, schedule, or publish through PlexiSocial (“User Content”).

By using the Service, you grant PlexiSocial a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

We do not claim ownership of your content.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you post.

8. Billing and Subscription

PlexiSocial may offer free and paid plans. For paid plans:

8.1. Payments

You authorize us or our payment processor to charge your payment method for subscription fees.

8.2. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

8.3. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

8.4. Plan Changes

Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect on the next billing cycle.

9. Termination

You must comply with the policies of each third-party service you use through PlexiSocial.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

PlexiSocial is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will always be available

• Posting to social media will always succeed

• Third-party APIs will remain stable

• The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted

Use the Service at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• PlexiSocial shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

• PlexiSocial’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) in the past 12 months.

This includes damages related to:

• Lost profits

• Lost data

• Loss of reputation

• API or platform outages

• Unauthorized access

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PlexiSocial harmless from any claim or demand arising from:
